Frequently Asked Questions

Tennis elbow causes pain on the outer side of the elbow, while golfer's elbow causes pain on the inner side. Both are caused by overuse of forearm muscles.

Mild cases may improve with rest and activity modification, but persistent pain usually requires physiotherapy, bracing, or medical treatment.

With proper treatment, most cases resolve within 3 to 6 months. Chronic cases may take longer and may require injections or surgical intervention.

Avoid repetitive gripping, heavy lifting, and forceful wrist movements until the pain subsides and the tendon has healed.
